CV → Website “JobSite” Plan — Cybpress

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the development, delivery, and related services for the CV → Website (JobSite) plan offered by Cybpress Innovative Solutions LLP (“Cybpress”).

By enrolling and making payment, the Client (“You”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1) Scope of Work

Cybpress will provide ready-made website templates (as per selected plan) and build a personal hiring microsite (“JobSite”) comprising:

• Personal Details
  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Place
  • State
  • Country
  • Marital Status
  • Gender
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Hobbies (activities that reflect personality & discipline)
• Professional Details
  • About Me (2–4 lines: positioning, goals, strengths/niche)
  • Education (degree • institution • year)
  • Certifications (course/provider)
  • Work Experiences (Descending Order: Company • Role • Dates)
  • Current Job Responsibilities (scope, team size, KPIs)
  • Technical Skills (languages, frameworks, platforms/domain)
  • Soft Skills (communication, leadership, stakeholder mgmt., problem solving)
  • Tools & Software Used (MS Office, Figma, Git, CRMs, analytics — with rating)
  • Career Highlights (key wins; PAR/STAR format)
  • Projects / Case Studies (images, links—GitHub/Dribbble/Decks—with summary & outcomes)
• Achievements & Awards
• Testimonials / References (consented quotes: mentors/managers/clients)
• Portfolio Gallery (screens, dashboards, product shots, before/after)
• Social Profiles & Badges (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, etc.)
• Open to Work Notification

Role-targeted pages and other inclusions vary by plan; please review the package page carefully before purchase.

2) Content Submission

You must provide all required content (photo, bio, education, experience, project details, skills, references, social links, preferred CTAs, and any files) within 3 working days of sign-up using the provided template.

You confirm that all submitted content is accurate, authentic, and complete. Cybpress may request documents/links to verify authenticity (e.g., certification URLs, LinkedIn).

3) Content Verification & Approval

Cybpress will review, format, and lay out your content and share a preview. Delays in submitting accurate/complete content will extend timelines accordingly.

4) Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 7–10 working days after receipt of complete & verified content (timeline depends on plan/queue). Delays due to incomplete/incorrect submissions or late approvals are not Cybpress’ responsibility.

5) Templates, Customization & Features

The JobSite is built on pre-designed templates. Included customization covers colors, typography, images, and content placement. Full custom design/functionality is excluded unless separately contracted. Optional items (e.g., blog, multi-language, advanced analytics) are add-ons unless included in your plan.

6) Copy, Blogs & Case Studies

If you opt for copy assistance or blog posts and do not supply drafts, Cybpress can create content at additional cost, unless your plan includes it.

7) Approvals & Go-Live

You’ll receive a final preview before go-live. On written approval (email/WhatsApp), Cybpress will publish to the chosen domain. Post go-live changes beyond the plan’s included edits may be chargeable or handled under a maintenance/subscription plan.

8) Payment Terms

• Full advance payment is required to avail any introductory/discounted pricing.
• Hosting is included; domain charges are at actuals and payable before setup. Domain charges of up to INR 1000 included.
• Professional email (Google Workspace/Zoho, etc.) is billed as per provider.
• Annual renewals (domain) apply from year 2.
• Domains/hosting purchased under this plan are non-transferable.
• Taxes extra, as applicable.
• Refunds: Strictly no refunds once payment is made.
• Regsitration fee will be non refundable, if payment of offer price is not availed within 3 days.

9) Responsibility, Legality & Compliance

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content (text, images, logos, testimonials, data). Cybpress is not liable for claims or damages arising from incorrect, misleading, infringing, or unverified information supplied by you. You agree not to submit content that violates IP, privacy, defamation, or applicable laws.

10) Support & Maintenance

Basic post-launch support (7 days) covers setup issues and minor text/image fixes. Ongoing services—content updates, advanced SEO, branding refresh, digital marketing—are available via separate plans.

11) Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the content and branding assets you provided (text, images, logos) and any exports (e.g., your ATS-PDF). Cybpress owns all templates, frameworks, and proprietary modules/code used to build your JobSite. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered site on the assigned domain while subscriptions/renewals are in good standing. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized copying of Cybpress templates or code is prohibited.

12) Termination & Cancellation

Cybpress may suspend/terminate service for:

• False/misleading submissions
• Non-compliance with these Terms
• Failure to provide required materials on time

No refunds are issued in case of termination due to non-compliance.

13) Privacy & Data

Cybpress processes your data solely to build and operate your JobSite. You may request edits or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal/operational limits). Public display of phone/email can be masked and revealed via CTAs if you prefer.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybpress’ liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the preceding 3 months, and Cybpress will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

15) Acceptance

By paying and submitting your content, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agree to these Terms;
• Will provide accurate information and adhere to timelines;
• Understand the package scope, pricing, and deliverables.
