1. General Statement
At Cybpress Innovative Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services such as website packages, hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and add-on services. Since these services involve both immediate digital activation and customized project work, our refund and cancellation rules are designed to be fair while covering irreversible costs incurred during execution.
By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy.
2. Website Packages (One-Time Setup)
- Full Refund (before work starts):
If you cancel your order before we initiate any work (e.g., before domain procurement, design kickoff, or content intake), you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund (work started, draft not shared):
If work has already begun (domain purchased, intake received, design/configuration hours spent) but no first draft/preview has been delivered, you are eligible for a partial refund.
Deductions include:
- Domain/third-party costs (registrar, hosting, SSL, etc.)
- Work hours already logged (design, setup, development)
- Payment gateway charges, if non-reversible
- No Refund (after draft shared):
Once a website preview/draft has been shared or delivered to you, the service is considered “substantially rendered” and refunds are not available.
3. Add-ons & Custom Services
- Refunds are available only if work has not been initiated.
- Once design, integration, or setup work has begun, or once third-party tools/licenses are procured on your behalf, no refunds are provided.
- Examples:
Logo design → Refund possible only before work starts
WhatsApp lead bot integration → Refund not possible after setup initiated
4. Annual Renewals (Hosting, Domain, SSL, Support Plans)
- Refunds within 7 days (unused):
If you request cancellation within 7 days of payment and the service has not been activated/consumed, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refunds after 7 days or once activated:
Once hosting is live, domains are renewed, SSL is issued, or support services are availed, no refund is possible, even within 7 days.
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- Failed Payments:
If your bank account or card is charged but payment fails at the gateway, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank/payment provider within 5–10 business days.
- Duplicate Payments:
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate transaction(s) will be refunded in full after verification.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at refunds@cybpress.com with the following details:
- Order ID / Razorpay Payment ID
- Registered name, email, and mobile number
- Service/package purchased
- Reason for cancellation/refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and update you on eligibility.
7. Refund Timeline & Method
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
- Refunds are always credited back to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, or wallet).
- Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider; delays beyond our control may occur.
8. Non-Refundable Costs
- Domain name registration/renewal charges
- SSL certificates and hosting renewals
- Payment gateway transaction charges (if non-reversible)
- Work hours already completed and delivered assets (design, development, content)
- Third-party software/licenses procured on your behalf
9. Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order by contacting us at support@cybpress.com.
For subscription-based or recurring services, you must request cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
