Entity: Cybpress Innovative Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”)

1. Nature of Services

Cybpress Innovative Solutions provides digital services only, such as website development, hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and branding/design solutions. Since our products are intangible and delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved. All services are delivered through digital means.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the type of service purchased and the availability of required inputs from the customer (e.g., content, images, branding details).

  • a) Website Packages
    • Starter Website: Delivered within 7–10 business days after receipt of all required content and domain confirmation.
    • Professional Website: Delivered within 15–20 business days after complete inputs and design approvals.
  • b) Domain & Hosting Services
    • Domain Registration & Hosting Setup: Processed and activated within 24–48 hours of successful payment (subject to registrar/hosting provider availability).
    • SSL Certificates: Typically issued within 24–48 hours once domain verification is complete.
  • c) Add-ons & Custom Services
    • SEO Bundles, Branding Kits, WhatsApp Integration, Custom Features: Delivery timelines vary based on scope and will be communicated during onboarding.

Note: Delays may occur if the client does not provide necessary materials (text, logos, content approvals) on time.

3. Delivery Methods

Our services are delivered digitally only, using one or more of the following methods:

  • Email (project status, credentials, documents, invoices)
  • Direct domain/hosting setup (pointing the website live)
  • Online project dashboards or portals (when available)
  • File-sharing services for design and branding deliverables

No physical delivery is required or applicable for any of our services.

4. Dependencies & Customer Responsibilities

For smooth and timely delivery, the client must:

  • Provide accurate details (domain preference, hosting requirements, contact details).
  • Share required content (text, images, videos, branding guidelines) promptly.
  • Respond to queries and approvals within the agreed timeline.

Any delays in providing these inputs may extend the delivery schedule.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to meet promised timelines, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Force Majeure events (internet outages, regulatory issues, unforeseen technical failures).
  • Delays at third-party service providers (domain registrars, hosting vendors, SSL issuers).
  • Customer-side delays in content submission, design approvals, or payment confirmation.

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and revised timelines will be shared.

6. Completion & Handover

A service is considered “delivered” when:

  • The website or application is deployed on the agreed domain/hosting environment.
  • Credentials (admin panel, hosting cPanel, domain DNS) are shared with the customer.
  • Branding or design deliverables are sent digitally to the registered email.

7. Support Post-Delivery

Post-delivery, customers may continue to avail support as per the package (annual maintenance or pay-per-request). Updates, bug fixes, or enhancements outside the scope of the original package will be billed separately.
